Here you will find out all of the information a vendor will need to know about  booth space, contracts, contacts, rules, regulations and utilities

 

Arts and Crafts Show

August 16,17, and 18th, 2007

11am to 9Pm

Cost / Space

Space cost is $85.00.

Booth Space (10’x10’) allocated under this contract is for the exhibitor who signs the contract only, and may not be subleased to anyone for any reason. Only one exhibitor may occupy a contracted space at this show, unless prior approval has been granted by the Bratwurst Festival.

Set-up

Exhibits and demonstrations must be set up and ready for viewing by 10:30 am on Thursday. The Exhibits will not be dismantled prior to the end of the show at 9:00 pm Saturday. No Craftsperson's vehicle will be permitted in the show grounds before 9:00pm Saturday. Exhibits may be set up on Wednesday from 3:00 pm till 8:00 pm or Thursday from 8:00 am to 10:30 am.

Vendor’s License

Everyone must have a vendor’s license (a Crawford County Limited license or a regular vendor’s license) to set up at the show. This is State Law and no exceptions can be made. Exhibitors must have a valid Vendor’s license in their possession.

Requirements

All work exhibited MUST BE ORIGINAL AND HOMEMADE. Preference will be given to those crafters with wares that relate to German heritage. No kits, constructs, or commercial molds may be used in the creation of works exhibited. No flea market items will be allowed. Craft media may be restricted to the decression of the Bratwurst Festival. Simply submit a picture of your items along with your contract. You will be notified by mail if your items are not acceptable for the show. Applicants must agree to show and sell nothing other then the craft media agreed upon in this contract. The work of other people is not permitted unless the Bratwurst Festival grants prior approval. German Style Costume is optional, although we do require craft persons to appear in business casual dress. Example: Casual slacks, Short sleeve shirts, Denim jumpers and skirts. Jeans are acceptable as long as they are in Good condition. Tank tops, short skirts and shorts are not allowed.

Applicants Responsibilities

Applicants will provide their own Tables and Chairs. Tables must be covered and draped to the ground and on the ends. All items not displayed should be stored under your tables to avoid a cluttered look. Nothing may be left in front of the tables or in the spaces between the tables.

Applicants will pay their own transportation and set-up costs, and will furnish their own lighting and extension cords, handling Materials, hardware items, and all tools and equipment. The Bratwurst Festival will provide 115VAC, within 50’.  Applicants agree to help keep and maintain the show area, by practicing but not limited to safety and fire prevention. Applicants agree to help secure each craft area before leaving for the evening (referring to lights and tent sides).  All vehicles must be removed from the show area to appropriate parking prior to the opening of the show.

Thank you for your interest in the Bucyrus Bratwurst Festival.  We are

proud to be one of the Largest Festivals in the State of Ohio ,

generating around 100,000 people during our three day event.  We will be happy to review the fit to the festival, and space available once we receive your information.

 

We start to look forward to the Festival offering Last years Vendors contracts

late March, early April, with a June 1st deadline.  All new applicants will be reviewed at that time, beginning of June,  and contract offers sent to those who we feel will fit.

The Vendors set up on both sides of the street serving street side, allowing room in the middle for Festival goers and our nightly parade.  Our rate for all three days are as follows:

                                     $25.00 per foot with a 10 foot minimum

                                     $15.00 Water hook up if needed

                                     $45.00 Electric hook up if needed

                                    ($100.00 non-refundable Deposit per unit due with contract)
